I probably had my most favorite cold brew coffee in this little store. It had ZERO bitterness while still bringing out the full flavor of the dark roast. While using the French press for making his coffee, he always keeps the lid open to adjust his taste. The serving and setup was just gorgeous. This is definitely a super underrated place. I highly recommend checking it out.

I will not share photos, solely because you should be experiencing this with nothing in mind. Take my word though, the owner has created a gorgeous blend of knowledge, craftsmanship, interaction, and art to create an experience that is unique and beautiful. I came back twice because of how much I enjoyed myself. Not only was it that amazing the prices are incredible for the experience. This is something I would expect going to a fancy restaurant. Really a beautiful experience if you love coffee and I suggest it as a must do in Chiang Mai. :)

Definitely my favorite coffee place in Chiang Mai! The owner is very knowledgeable, he know his stuffs and will give you a very thorough explanation of the coffee technique and beans he is using. Interesting afternoon with this coffee Omakase experience! Four seaters boutique size coffee restaurant with handcrafted coffee and Michelin chef dessert to pair with your coffee set. They only use Japan flown in Arabica coffee bean. Should at least come here once in your lifetime to experience if you get a chance. I’ve been to few countries and this is the one and only that we chance about and it’s in Chiang Mai Thailand, surprisingly! Thinking this kind of Omakase coffee experience will be in some big city!

If you want really good coffee, come to this place. Ton, the owner/barista uses moka pot. He uses beans roasted in Japan and traditional brewing process he learned in Japan. He’s meticulous in brewing his coffee. It was so good that I’ve had two cups.
